Miami tv insists the system is "stalled out" and pumping up massive amounts of water.
Is the system stalled out? Want your opinon here.
Tons of rain but don't see any wind, not even during the rain. Almost reminds me of Fall rain when the fronts stall out and don't make it down all the way.
