RECENT AIRCRAFT RECONNAISSANCE REPORTS ALONG WITH RADAR AND SATELLITE DATA SHOW THAT WINDS HAVE INCREASED TO 125 KT. THE TRACK HAS ALSO SHIFTED A LITTLE TO THE RIGHT OF THE PREVIOUS ADVISORY FORECAST WHICH SHIFTS THE GREATEST RISK TO THE AREA OF CHARLOTTE HARBOR FLORIDA. THESE CHANGES REQUIRE THE ISSUANCE OF THIS SPECIAL ADVISORY.
