Site issues

I know the site has been down a few times over the last few days, the traffic we've been seeing, along with some quirks in the software (for maps, data, etc) have been causing issues. I've been redoing lots of behind the scenes stuff, reconfiguring, and upgrading the server over the last few days so hopefully downtime is to a minimum.

Images are offloaded to another server now so that should help on that end.
