Newbie here. I have some casual observations about the weather in Central FL today. I noticed the low level clouds were trending E to W while the mid and upper level clouds were trending W to E. I usual notice this trend when the Bermuda high is retreating E from FL. As I am an untrained storm watcher and my opinion is pretty low on the reliability scale, I am in agreement with Tiki from the previous thread in believing Ivan will make his mark slightly N of Tampa.
