extended the tropical storm watch on the west coast, but no other changes...
maybe they're waiting till 11am so people can get some sleep?
anyway, on a side note... read this about Remanant low Ivan: REPEATING THE 10 PM CDT...03Z...POSITION...THE REMNANT LOW OF IVAN WAS NEAR 30.6 NORTH LATITUDE AND 94.9 WEST LONGITUDE...OR APPROXIMATELY 35 MILES EAST OF HUNTSVILLE TEXAS AND MOVING SOUTH AT ABOUT 7 MPH. MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 1014 MB OR 29.94 INCHES.
