The upgrade is partially complete. I still have a lot of things to copy over to the new server.

Right now the database system is moved to the new server, which has helped a lot, but the physical pages have not moved yet. I've moved some of them, but with the complexities of the automated weather statements I was unable to get them all completed this past weekend.

I'll announce when the full move is complete soon.
