ok, looking at the latest satellite images, i see that the New England low now has what appears to be an eye forming and I have to say that we now have the second subtropical storm of the year that NHC refuses to upgrade unclassified subtropical storm
this looks better defined than even Gabrielle in 2001 did, and that was a hurricane
