Try giving it some time. Sometimes, the animations have been slow to load because of traffic on the server. Late nights plus around 2 & 8 am/pm are the worst times to hit it (trust me; I can hear the machine right next to me making noise...we run a lot of stuff other than that there too). Also, it seems Firefox (and intermittently Internet Explorer) have trouble with the loops. Try clearing out your browser's cache of stored files & cookies, then check out the website.
