The biggest problem with 91l is the shear that's on top of it... the waters aren't very warm either, 26 - 27 degress centigrade. The TWD at the NHC mentions it in the atlantic "A SURFACE 1015 MB LOW PRESSURE CENTER IS NEAR 27N57W." it's very weak, but it does exist (though it looks like it's falling apart on the sat loop) and it's drifting... west? -Mark
