If high pressure were building east to Florida, wouldn't the bouy 120 miles east of Port Canaveral have a pressure increase instead of a pressure decrease? They are down .04 in pressure in the last hour and although just slightly below 24 hours ago. Or is the high pressure in the upper atmosphere?
