Short Term Forecast for the Coastal Waters.
700 AM CDT MON JUN 27 2005

.NOW...
THROUGH 9 AM...ISOLATED SHOWERS WILL MOVE SLOWLY NORTHWEST ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS AND THE LAGUNA MADRE. BRIEF PERIODS OF MODERATE RAINFALL CAN BE EXPECTED.

So FL is not alone in this.
