There are two different processors for text data on flhurricane, the one missing the positions is the old system, still around to generate the text folder, and the new system, which generates the popups on the front page, as well as updates the storm positions on the left.

Is a way to see that directly, it doesn't have the "missing points" problem. I'll work on getting rid of the old system entirely and use the new one to generate the static text files.

Also a lot of the old historical data I have is just plain bad, I need to get a cleaner datasource for old storm positions.
