A weak LLCC is evident near Freeport, Grand Bahama Island, at 26.7N 78.4W at 04/21Z. The low level center is drifting to the north northwest to north. Southwesterly wind shear is evident to the northwest of the system. Expect slow movement as the steering currents are quite light. SSTs are certainly warm enough, so slow development seems likely. ED
