I forgot that the radar is not a good tool for locating centers of circulation my oops. Also wanted to point out that the TD 16 barring others beating it to it, the name will be Ophelia. For those who are not familiar with it, Ophelia was in love with Hamlet and he was stringing her along actually more interested in avenging his father's death than in Ophelia who was sort of picked for him due to the politics in the area at the time. Ophelia eventually descended into insanity and comitted suicide. Now hopefully this storm will disperse before dropping into insanity. We have had enough of that with Katrina.
