interesting note on the following The Votex reports are about 10mins apart
AF had EXTRAP 914 mb....while noaa had 913 MB... both report the eyewall open.... but 10 mins after NOAA report (Open NE-SE) Airforce reported only Open E.... also there was an C16 in AF and a C018-48 --- Line M.
