It does not look like a LLC is evident yet on 99L.. The NHC will probably need more evidence to send a plane. As for shear from the ULL It looks like it is east of the shear zone and may actually be benefited by the flow over the top of it as far as ventilation is concerned. I would say 4 on a scale of ten to get something here. I would guess 2 for the GOM.
