THE CYCLONE HAS NOT DEVELOPED A TIGHT INNER CORE YET. DATA FROM THE RECONNAISSANCE PLANE SHOWS SO FAR A BROAD AREA OF LIGHT WINDS WITH A MINIMUM PRESSURE OF 1004 MB ASSOCIATED WITH THE CENTER.
