Nandav--I don't know how far you are from the coast. But the people in Louisiana and Mississippi thought and did the same thing with Katrina. Look at a map of the MS Coast and see how far inland I-10 is. The surge/ wind driven waves were better than 10 feet at that point. ( Hwy 603 and I-10 )
