Tropical Storm Alpha Discusison

To split off discussion of Alpha/TD#25 being drowned out by Wilma, this topic is for that.


TD#25 looks to head nroth, and probably will be alpha before land fall. It's likely that TD#25 will follow in Wilma's wake and turn out to sea.
