Sunday Evening Update: Very little change in overall structure during the day, however movement is slowly to the west and models tend to move the system more to the west rather than the northwest. Still a marginal chance for further development over the next couple of days.
Tropical low with active (but waning) convection southeast of Barbados at 13/12Z and currently stationary. System is located in a small area of light wind shear and has a marginal chance for development into a Tropical Depression prior to Tuesday morning. Shear increases rapidly to the north of the system. A slow movement to the northwest is anticipated. ED
