You know, I didn't get the manipulated one, either. I suspect that this came from one of the numerous sites out there that try to play off like they are the official source for hurricane info - just a hunch - and it was admittedly a little humorous, yes, but quite dangerous - if you think about it.

Truly looks as if their original text was tampered with. Notice the amount of lower-case in the bogus version, compared to the original above
