Looking at the present steering currents, anything that forms near Puerto Rico or North of the Lesser Antilles, will likely not affect folks on the Eastern seaboard, except Bermuda as the Steering Current shows(Below). The African wave will likely move to the west and if it ends up in the Carribean you just never know. One things for sure, things are cooking up and I don't like it.
