Well,this guy says not many people paticipate,and so it does not work.It seems he can only base his numbers on low "turnout".But these days it would be nice for Americans to come together about ANYTHING.No other country on this planet drives large vehicals like we do.We can place alot of the blame for high gas prices on us.We have turned into spoiled brats.
