Looking at the Navy site, they had Dean crossing 65W before it got to 15N Looking at the Visible: http://www.ssd.noaa.gov/goes/flt/t1/loop-vis.html It sure looks like it is going to pass 15N before 64W ! I'm thinking the next run at 5pm will bring Dean OVER Jamaica.
