Sara's remnants are now in the Gulf, but are not expected to reorganize much. Elsewhere, no tropical development is anticipated.

Monsoon Cyclonic Gyre
      Thu Aug 30 2007 09:25 PM

On the sattelite views during the daylight hours today (8/30/07), , one could see a very impressive, large area of cyclonic turning associated with an as yet unnamed low pressure/tropical wave system several hundred miles off the west African coast. Presently, there is very little precipitation iassociated with the system.

In tonight's NHC 8pm Atlantic Tropical Weather Discussion, mention is made of "far atlantic monsoon cyclonic gyre"

TROPICAL WAVE IS NEAR 29W S OF 21N MOVING W ABOUT 10 KT WITH
A 1011 MB LOW NEAR 14N29.5W. THIS WAVE STILL APPEARS TO BE
INTO FAR ATLANTIC MONSOON CYCLONIC GYRE THAT IS OBSERVED FROM
10N-18N BETWEEN 27W-34W.

OK, all, what's FAMCG?
