p Fixed issue with TD#6 not showing correctly
o Add new guestbook system (the old one did not work)
o Fixed printer ready page to work with TD#6 and fixed issue of "stall" on advisory text choices there.

o Opera browsers should now see drop down advisories like Internet Explorer on the front page.
o Fixed printer-Ready info page to work with 2003 season.
o Fixed problem where Latitude wasn't being correctly found in certain text patterns.
o Fixed Spelling in pop up advisories for long range radar.
o Added Long Range radar link for Brownsville, TX
o Fixed printer ready creation page to use 2003 instead of 2002
o Fixed "Return to news" link on printer ready creation page and Current storms page



I'm still out of town, but had to check things to make sure things were working for Claudette.
