water vapor over NC shows dry air lifting
      Wed Aug 20 2008 10:50 AM

Did anyone noticed on the water vapor view, the dry air that was supposingly keeping Fay south and forcing it to turn west - is lifting? Would that allow Fay to go further north and not turn west at all?
