Netscape and Konqueror

I have no way of reading the important weather statements at the top of the site with both Konqueror and Netscape on Linux. If I click on them nothing happens. Did you intentionally do that and is this site only designed for IE or am I doing something wrong?

It worked before you upgraded your site (last year) ... a seperate window would pop up with the text in it.
