Invest located near 27N 87W at 23/03Z moving slowly north northwestward with sustained winds of 25 knots and pressure at 1006MB. Significant convection firing to the north of the low center at this time. System has a chance to reach Tropical Depression intensity prior to landfall later Saturday along the northern Gulf coast.
