Since nobody else is doing it. Just walked across campus after school, just south of Plant City and about 20 miles east of Tampa. Felt like it was in the upper 70s/low 80s with a VERY brisk south/southeast wind. Had a few spits of rain from the rapidly moving stratus clouds. Feels like it really WANTS to rain, but it hasn't made up its mind yet. We need some.
