Area Near Hispaniola

I have been watching the visible satellites in the Atlantic this afternoon, and I have noticed what appears to be some type of mid-level spin just south of the Dominican Republic. I referred to the NHC discussion and it appears that this area is associated with an upper-level low.
Just wondering if anyone else sees this area too. As of 20:45, it appears to be moving towards the north.
