It looks like there is a SMALL amount of convection building near the LLC now. In my judgement, the remnants of TD 5 are currently more organized than TD 5 was over the final 12 hours of its first lifetime. The NHC is in a bit of a box I think, in terms of when to re-initiate advisories.
