I was thinking, the nogaps slows the storm down considerably then turns north, it also tries to develop another the low to the ne of isaac. could this be 96L behind isaac. I was thinking something like a TS Fay track but further east. Mayby the low the nogaps seas is it trying to pull out all the moisture, as in an error. and that isaac instead gets trapped?
