Vero Beach here. some good rain bands this morning....though not raining as of 0800. some gusty winds....we're seeing 20-25MPH periods. Otherwise just breezy it "feels" like the storm is coming. we're looking forward to a messy day here with heavy rain, strong, gusty winds but no major activations (shelters, school closings, etc) however that can change. I have the Red Cross regional call at 10...we'll see if we have any changes. i'll report back as long as we have power.
