pounding weather today here in Vero Beach. more flooding on main streets than we saw for Frances and Jeanne in 2004. Tornado damage on route 60 in Countryside Estates. About 20 families homes were heavily damaged. Red Cross opened a shelter and temporarily housed one client....due to medical needs we transferred her to the hospital. weather seems to be clearing now (8pm) and hopefully the worst is behind us by far.
