We have sustained winds around 30 mph here in Ohio, with gusts to about 45 mph. And Sandy is about 820 miles southeast of us. Unreal.
Here's a link to my local observing station. It ought to get real interesting by later tomorrow or tomorrow night, assuming it's able to keep operating. I'm about 2 miles down the shoreline from it.
