Low moving through the Florida Straits
      Tue Aug 27 2013 02:01 PM Attachment (210 downloads)

Mid to upper level low moving through the FL Straits now has a 10% chance of becoming a tropical cyclone. System has been generating waterspouts this morning. At times the low had a rain free center. Like a doughnut on Miami radar.
