Erin may now be a Cat 5 already and has been tracking south of forecast for eight hours or so. This potentially puts ICON much more in play, the outlier model that has been consistently deeper and with a much further west track than all the other Globals (and so was written off and not included in consensus aids and the like). Time to give ICON another look for this particular hurricane; certainly more than a footnote.
