Why bother
      Thu Aug 21 2025 01:25 PM

Tired of watching an obvious depression/ storm just making its way across the Atlantic, been two days of this spinning away feeder bands ect.
Someone needs to get science person in at national hurricane center not a emergency planner.
Or better yet just start a new office in wich they make the decision on what a storm is, and just leave the hurricane center out of it and tell them to just forcast it.
Noaa shouldn't even be allowed to make season predictions, going further to write the narrative as it happens to suit thier own forcasts, leave that to the university's.
I'd swear they are just hoping the things dies or ends up in south America region far away from any news reporting, just so they dont have to maybe post a tropical storm watch for some island.
I've ranted now thanks for listening
