12z Icon, CMC, and GFS don't show 99L developing, and all gettin energy into Honduras, CMC/GFS do hint something may occur in the eastern pacific with it (matching several GFS ensembles). The GFS is showing a front spinup in the Gulf that's not part of 99L, though.

Recon is heading there now.
