DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 1000 AM CDT (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Edouard was located near latitude 31.3 North, longitude 95.0 West. The depression is moving toward the north-northwest near 5 mph (7 km/h) and this motion is expected to continue over the next 12 to 18 hours.
Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Gradual weakening of Edouard is expected over the next 12 to 18 hours.
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).
