I probably should have made the title on this one 'Sleeper' because it is a long shot, however, a tropical low is near 19N 39.5W at 12/00Z. Hardly any convection, but good circulation. Should be near 21N 60W in about three days if it survives. Shear is not significant so who knows. Current movement is west northwest - should become more westerly.
