Last dance with Frances?

The Committee recalled that, at its session in 2002, the delegate from France requested consideration of a change of the name “Frances”,

In 2010, Frances will be replaced with "Freedom", just as "Freedom Fries" replaced French fries, and "Freedom Toast" replaced French toast in the US Congressional Cafeteria last year.

However NHC delegates declined to replace Code Level France with the original Code Level Yellow on the terrorism threat scale.
