IF THE CYCLONE IS NOT A TROPICAL
STORM NOW...IT PROBABLY WILL BE SOON...SO MIGHT AS WELL NAME IT NOW

funny how that rationale is selectively used!

Is the convection over FL outer bands from Fay??
