New Spotlight Page

I updated the "spotlight" page, and probably will change it more as time goes on. Adding more photos, etc, for the storms.

You may have seen the left menu/header disappear for a bit tonight, that was me adjusting the site again. Also I've resized some of the user "Avatars" to not be as large.
