Recon reports pressure down to 946 MB. they also said:
MAX FL WIND 109 KT SE QUAD 1743Z. MAX FL TEMP 21C 360/09. EYE WALL 60% CLOSED AND CONTRACTING, STILL OPEN TO THE WEST.
