TS KATRINA HAS BEEN MEANDERING TOWARD THE FL COAST AND LATEST RADAR AND SAT IMAGERY SUGGEST THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN STRENGTHENING OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF HOURS ALONG WITH A SLOWING OF FORWARD MOTION.
