For people that evacuated Biloxi, you can go to their newspapers website where they are asking you call to let them know you are ok. Maybe they can also tell you if someone you know has called already. Residents: Call 1-866-453-1925 to let someone know that you're OK. The website is: http://www.sunherald.com/mld/sunherald/
