...SPECIAL FEATURE... LOW PRES 18N107W...POSSIBLE REMNANT OF STAN...1004 MB MOVING WNW 5 TO 10 KT. NUMEROUS STRONG CONVECTION WITHIN 240 NM N QUADRANT AND ISOLATED STRONG WITHIN 60 NM E QUADRANT. THIS SYSTEM HAS SOME POTENTIAL TO DEVELOP INTO A TROPICAL CYCLONE OVER THE NEXT 36 HRS.
