97L and anything else in this basin or the next!!

Well looks like 97L could become a Subtropical cyclone in the coming days there is a Hurricane in the West Pacific. A invest in the North Indian Ocean and Invest in the Southern Hemisphere that looks pretty good. Look like the southern Basin is starting to get started.

Since there hasn't been a New Talkback I figure we could Kind of Use the Storm Forum until one gets posted.
